More on the CE-5 Meditations

I (Mike) would like to request that people not consume alcohol on Friday or Saturday evening while at the Watchtower.

We will be practicing the CE-5 (Close Encounter of the Fifth Kind) protocols to vector in Extraterrestrial peoples as diplomatic ambassadors of Earth. Our intention is to reach out in a non-fearful, respectful, peaceful, open minded, positive, cohesive manner for the betterment of the Earth and the Cosmos.

For this week leading up to the 22nd take some time to meditate (this is very important), set a positive intention for peaceful contact, and visualize a connection to higher beings occurring both during your meditation and on Saturday at the UFO Watchtower. In your meditations invite our E.T. friends and higher guides to join us and manifest if they would like in some way which is safe for all. This meditation ahead of the event is very helpful to focus conscious intent and to establish an inner telepathic dialogue with the high vibrational beings we seek friendship and interaction with. Don’t worry if you aren’t sure how to make inner contact — simply expressing an intention repeatedly is often enough to receive some kind of feedback or sign.

For new people: These CE-5 gatherings often produce some form of visual contact but never any kind that would cause any fear in anyone present. It seems as though the ETs we observe are very spiritually advanced and able to detect where everyone is at emotionally in order to decide both when and how to appear (and for how long). They seem to be mainly interested in promoting our individual spiritual growth and promoting a sense of inspiration.

UFO Watchtower Note: Vortex of Personal Energies:

Excerpt from www.roadsideamerica.com/story/16782
“The most curious daytime sight is Judy’s “Healing Garden,” which spreads out from the dome’s back door. Judy said that over twenty psychics had visited The UFO Watchtower and that “they’ve all said that there’s two large vortexes out here.”
The vortexes have been outlined with rocks and the Garden has grown around them, an organized clutter of items left by visitors: CDs, sunglasses, hubcaps, stuffed toys, and lots of pens. Judy explained, matter-of-factly, that anyone who leaves something personal in the Garden is entitled to make a request, and that “there are two large beings here who protect the entrances to the vortexes, but they are also here to help.” According to Judy, the success-to-request rate has been quite good. We asked Judy if the presence of the vortexes had influenced her decision to build The UFO Watchtower. No, she said, it was the other way around; the vortexes appeared because the tower had been built. “The psychics said that vortexes do form around UFO facilities,” Judy said. “I hadn’t anticipated that at all.”

So this means that you may want to bring a personal item that you would like to leave in the outdoor vortex locations.
